I have always had wonderful experiences with customer service at the casino. I can't say that about most places. Your staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Well once I got a new phone, the location actually worked correctly. I live in Virginia but work in Tennessee. So for about 2 years, no matter what I did, it always showed my location in TN- where worldwinner isn't allowed. So I finally got to play cash games again and I really enjoy it.

Hi ...muss mir Luft machen.Habe gestern 1550 Euro Gewonnen. Wollte es auszahlen lassen und bekomme heute eine Mail, dass ich nur 500 Euro auszahlen lassen kann weil Bonus freispiele aktiv waren ( in einem Spiel,dass ich noch nie gespielt habe) ..ich habe diese spiele nichtmal geöffnet. Angeblich sind 500 Euro Auszahlung das Limit das mit diesem von mir nicht genutzten Bonus gesetzt zusammen hängen ...Der Rest des Gewinns wurde storniert. Ich finde das absolut nicht rechtens.Hat jemand ne Idee was ich tun kann ? Eine Antwort kommt seit heute früh nichtmehr ...
