Disgusting customer service quick enough to take your money but don’t pay out winnings, make you jump through hoops sending all sorts of ID and every thing gets rejected I won 3 grand fair and square and they use delay tactics still won’t let me withdraw, numerous complaints sent takes days for a reply, I have spoke with the UKGC about it and this particular site is well known for not wanting to pay out!!! Stay well clear of them

I was getting the run around from a casino from which had made a withdrawal request. The request was approved but the payment never came. After months talking with their support I found casinomeister's player arbitration service. I opened a ticket not thinking it would help but it couldn't hurt anything. They replied 2 days later and said they were contact the casino. 3 days after that my bitcoin wallet had received the funds from my withdrawal. I was amazed and happy about the quick and positive resolution. If it wasn't for their intervention I'm sure I would still be looking for the payment.
