when i run out of money, i go to chat and ask the BOT if i can have a free chip. BOT checks my account and if there is a free chip he adds to my account, never have to customer service rep. i can't remember exact dates but there was more than once

I only downloaded this app because the ad I saw led me to believe this was owned by MrBeast, which it is not, plus it's very misleading when it comes to withdrawals. Thank God I only deposited $45 and the minimum withdrawal amount is $160. I finally won/earned that amount and attempted to cash out but there is a $60 fee to have a wire transfer that also ask for your banks "bic/swift", which I had never heard of. There is a $30 fee to receive a check by mail. Transferring to my Bitcoin address would have been free but then I found I had earned enough to withdraw but needed to wager another $6234.49 to receive the minimum withdrawal amount of $160 US dollars. The app also said I needed to verify my account by uploading either photos of my DLs, Passport, Proof of Residence and etc. I attempted to complete this process by the app/website did not allow. Finally I went back to the Google Play store to write a review but I can no longer find the app.
